Then build with AI

A live, three-and-a-half-hour morning where students anchor in their breath, then venture out -- through free movement, real data, and building something real with AI. Every step builds the creativity and self-trust that stepping into the unknown asks for.

BUILD WITH JOY:
THE CONSCIOUS CREATORS' AI LAB

Become a resilient,
conscious creator.

Anchor 1

WHY IT MATTERS

Your child is bright and accomplished, but the colleges they will apply to look for applicants who can stay creative and navigate uncertainty, the one thing a transcript can't prove. Originality is, by definition, doing something that hasn't been done before -- which means there's no map for it. To create something new is to step into the unknown.

WHAT WE DO

In the Conscious Creators AI Lab, we teach them to anchor in their breath, so no matter how unfamiliar things get, they have a home base. Then, we help them venture out: first through free movement, then by playing with data and finally by prototyping with AI. Each step is practice in sustaining themselves in the unknown while simultaneously tapping into their creative self.

THE ARC OF THE MORNING

1

3

4

Breathe

A guided breathing practice before anyone opens a laptop. This becomes the home base for everything that follows.

Move

Free-form movement — no choreography, no audience, nothing to be good at. Just practice acting without a script and shedding the fear of looking wrong.

Play

Open-ended exploration of a real dataset. Curiosity over correctness — the same instinct as the dance floor, now at the desk.

Build

A working AI prototype, designed and built by the student. Shipping something real into the world despite not yet being an expert.

The same tool that lets a self-doubting student disappear is the one that lets a grounded student create.

Which is why we don't start with the technology. We start with the student.

WHO THIS IS FOR

We are looking for students who consider themselves to be curious creators who care about the world around them. They want to bring things into being in the world that are meaningful and do that from a human-centric and grounded place. We will help you access that place as part of our work and time together.

Why might this workshop not be for me?

This workshop is a thoughtfully-crafted, "seminar-style" experience that requires active reflection and engagement throughout the sessions. If you're looking for a passive, sit-and-listen lecture where no participation is required, this is not for you.

We're looking for students who can engage in active listening without reaching for their phone every 10-15 minutes. There will be dedicated time to use your mobile device; beyond that, we expect your presence. If you can't picture yourself unplugged and engaged for that long, this workshop is not for you.

Lastly, we're also looking for students who are ready to show up fully, stay open to trying things that feel unfamiliar or a little silly, and be a bit vulnerable. There will be moments of movement, stillness, and - most importantly - creative risk. You won't be asked to be “good” at any of it, only willing. If you are not willing, this is not for you.

But if you're curious, up for trying new things, and ready to be present with a room full of people doing the same -- you're exactly who we're looking for.

WHAT THEY WALK AWAY WITH

Three things that outlast the morning.

1

Two tools for self-connection

Practical practices they can use anywhere — before an exam, an audition, a hard conversation.

2

A Working AI Prototype

Something real they designed and built themselves, start to finish.

3

A one-page toolkit

A single page for accessing their creative self, theirs to keep and return to.

GOOD TO KNOW

A few things up front.

Who is this workshop for?

High school juniors and seniors through first-year college students who think of themselves as curious creators and are ready to engage fully for the whole morning.

Will my student have to perform in front of others?

No. The movement is free-form with no choreography and nothing to showcase — it's participatory, not a performance. No one is asked to be good at it, only willing.

Is this in person or virtual?

Fully virtual and live, on Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 9:00am to roughly 12:30pm ET.

What will my student walk away with?

A working AI prototype they built themselves, two practical tools for self-connection, and a one-page toolkit for accessing their creative self — plus real practice building from a grounded place rather than a rushed one.
