Then build with AI
A small, live virtual workshop for students who want to bring things into the world that are meaningful -- and who want to build them from a grounded, human place. A small group of students, high school juniors and seniors through first-year college. Breathwork, movement, and applied AI, held together on purpose.

BUILD WITH JOY: CONSCIOUS CREATORS' AI LAB
Become a
conscious creator.
WHAT WE MEAN BY "CONSCIOUS CREATOR"
This workshop starts where most AI programs don't -- with presence, breath, and movement -- because the best technical work comes from students who know how to focus, take creative risks, and show up fully. Then we build.
We encourage students to approach data science and AI as conscious builders rooted in human connection -- not as a race to produce faster. Before anyone touches a dataset, there's real time spent on presence: a guided breathing session, then free-form movement with no choreography and no "right" way to do it. Only then do we move into the technical work, where students take on a real case -- a school-lunch sales dataset and a business recommendation -- and build a working prototype of their own.
Breathwork
A grounding practice before anyone opens a laptop.
Ecstatic Dance
Movement to channel your creativity. No choreography, no audience -- just movement.
Applied AI & Data Science
A real case, a real recommendation, a working prototype built by your student.

WHO THIS IS FOR
“We're looking for students who want to build things that actually mean something -- and who are willing to show up fully to do it.”
Why this might not be for your student: this is a seminar-style experience that requires active engagement throughout, not a sit-and-listen lecture. Phones go away except for dedicated tech time. There will be moments of movement, stillness, and creative risk -- your student won't be asked to be "good" at any of it, only willing. If they can't picture themselves unplugged and present for the full morning, this isn't the right fit. But if they're curious, open to trying something unfamiliar, and ready to show up fully alongside a small group doing the same -- this is exactly who we built it for.

QUESTIONS
A few things worth
knowing up front.
Who is this workshop for?
High school juniors, seniors, and first-year college students who think of themselves as curious creators, ready to engage fully for the whole morning.
Is this in person or virtual?
Fully virtual, held live on Sunday, August 9, 2026, from 9:00am to approximately 12:30-1:00pm ET.
Will my student have to move or perform in front of others?
There's a free-form movement session with no choreography and nothing to perform -- it's participatory, not a showcase. Full details above under "Why this might not be for your student.
What will my student walk away with?
A working prototype they built themselves, and real practice building that from a grounded, focused place rather than a rushed one.
