Hi, I'm Nathalie
I'm an experienced admissions professional who has held admissions recruitment and committee (i.e. decision-making) roles at top colleges and universities like Harvard College, UC Berkeley and NYU.

Throughout my 15+ year-long professional career, I've worked in Admissions, college access, and higher education, holding leadership & program management roles at organizations like Google Cloud Learning Services, Udacity, 2U, College Track and Kyros AI, and sit currently on the Board of Capital City Public Charter School in the District of Columbia.

Most importantly: I love working with students. Throughout my higher education and corporate career, what I've enjoyed most is coaching students and colleagues, encouraging individual growth, and helping those around me connect with the best parts of themselves to truly find their individual shine. I have a deep understanding of the needs and challenges facing students and immigrant families (I'm an immigrant myself!) and am deeply engaged across education and technology. The favorite part of my work: helping students shine.

I hold a BA and MEd from Harvard and an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler; I've advised hundreds of students and families through their admissions journeys, and am excited to get to know you!
My Story
I've chosen to become a college admissions coach because I got tired of feeling more like a "rejections" officer than an admissions one. I want to empower students to get to know themselves, to understand their strengths, and to harness them to make the world a better place.

I see the college prep and admissions process as the first time you're being called to reflect on your beliefs and who you want to become in a conscientious way. What an opportunity! It's also daunting, and as you transition from high school to college, you'll get to start building the first adult iteration of the person you will become. To help you, I harness my experiences as an educator, US immigrant and former Admissions Officer, to individualize your journey..
